Why on earth would anyone name a daylily Aarvark in the Window?  Easy, I named it that so you will ask me “How much is that Aadvark in the Window?”  Imagine how different it would be if our ancestors had domesticated the aardvark instead of cats or dogs. “One Aardvark Too Many” just doesn’t have the same ring, does it?  The name also has the benefit of placing it at the top of most price lists.  A rare intro out of Happy Hopi, given Happy Hopi’s pod infertility and weak pollen.  While Happy Hopi is known for its variable form, the form on AITW is very consistent; which is a huge plus, if you are like me and like the look that extreme quilling on the sepals produces.
