BARRISTER'S OATH sports delectable 6 inch pink blooms with a rose pink eye. The rose pink edge, which comes from the RASPBERRY BERET genes, is wider than one typically sees in the north. This is one tough daylily as it was one of my top performers this past year surviving the combination of a nasty freeze at the beginning of April followed by drought. BARRISTER'S OATH received virtually no water during the critical months of May and June and still managed to exhibit scapes with 16 to 20 buds and as a bonus, it even managed a rebloom scape. The scape height of 32 inches reflects the drought conditions and it will probably grow taller under normal conditions. BARRISTER'S OATH has produced some nice seedlings.
